Was just give a heads up.
Starting 2 June 2018. those living in our region must use this to make our phone calls.
You can no longer just dial the number.
Ironic, I made a call two weeks ago and was told not to use the area code.
To dial our home which is in the phone book for all to read. You must change it
to read 1-619-690-1188. No, it did not change if you were calling from out of area.
Suspect this is state wide? It is put out by California Public Utilities Commission
