Alpheus Wright

Alpheus Wright may have served in the CW. He was a widow and remarried in 1910 census. Marriage was 7 years to Elizabeth R at that time.
1920 shows Elizabeth R as widow living as border with Lillian Kahl. IF this is the Alpheus on 1880 census and previous ones.

Can not find them on 1900 census.

1880 Alpheus was m to Maria M he was a teamster
they had children: Alvin W. 13 Carrie O 10 and Olive Graves was living with them her mother age 56.
This we know is lineage. Reason she is missing THOMAS GRAVES also.

No 1890 census and still trying to locate on 1900 census under variant of name.

Pentico, Pennycuf, Benninghoff more

http://susischattyperformances.blogspot.com/

Look here for more data on this line.

Enjoy the mystery as we ride along.

Pentico Penticuff Pennycuff Benninghoff Benninghove

http://brickwalls.ning.com/profiles/blogs/george-washington-penticoff#comments

here lies some of the data on the Pentico clan.

It has sort of been scattered about.

Husbands line is as follows. himself, his DAD- ARTHUR, Franklin Andrew Grandfather, Emmanuel E GGrandfather a twin, Phillip 1828 -1917 to John born abt 1800 PA and died 1857 IA.

So looking in the Pennycuff line and Benninghoff line for twin lineages as a clue.
I carried twins and lost one so it does perpetuate down.
Sometimes I forget that maybe our medical back ground will find ancestors faster than the paper trail will.

Have you started your Medical Genealogical chart yet for your children?

If not make it a goal for the first part of the year.

You may save a grandchilds life.

Group Meeting Wed. 6 pm Lemon Grove Library

Come join the group at the Lemon Grove Library. We are a small friendly group, whom helps each other from learning computers to resolving dead ends.

I like to give one talk each month and maybe a mini talk at the other meeting.
We like to have time to do the question answer game for those in need of help or
advise.

William Dollarhide's books will be passed out at this meeting.

I am seriously looking for anyone wanting to go to Los Angeles Library soon to do more research. I am debating an over night or a all day event. I have to contact the Library for parking and where to stay yet.

Also we have been invited to go to the LDS Library on a Wednesday night to learn of all the things both old and new that they have and we need to discuss and set that up for in the near future. If not a Wednesday night maybe a Saturday morning to go research??
